Charlotte

Charlotte

Charlotte is a registered nurse with almost 20 years experience. She has a graduate certificate in Critical Care Nursing and worked in ICU at the Royal Melbourne Hospital from 2005-2019.

Charlotte transitioned to primary health care as a Practice Nurse at East Brunswick Medical Centre in 2020. She has an keen interest in primary prevention, chronic disease management, wound management, and immunisation and completed training as an accredited nurse immuniser in 2020. She is currently our infection control officer and head TR nurse.

Emma

Emma
Emma is a registered nurse with over 10 years’ experience working in a hospital environment. 

After graduating from a Bachelor of Nursing at Australian Catholic University (ACU), she worked at St Vincent's Hospital in areas including general medicine, GEM, coronary care and cardiothoracics. With a passion for cardiac nursing, Emma completed her graduate certificate in Cardiac Care in 2016 and still works on the cardiothoracic ward today.

Looking to expand her scope, Emma started working at East Brunswick Medical Centre in 2023. She is an accredited Nurse Immuniser and enjoys the variety of work that general practice nursing brings. Her areas of interest include immunisation, wound management and heart health.

Emily

Emily

Emily studied at Australian Catholic University (ACU) in Fitzroy and graduated in 2020. 


In 2021, she started her graduate year at Western Health - Sunshine Hospital, with rotations in Respiratory and General Medicine and Geriatric Evaluation and Management.  In 2022, Emily moved into Emergency Department nursing, which she enjoys and continues to do. Emily enjoys building rapport with patients as well as being presented with a variety of complex health conditions, which is why she has ventured into general practice nursing.

Roz

Roz

Roz has been with East Brunswick Medical Centre since 2005 and has been Nursing for over 40 years having trained at the Alfred Hospital.

Roz is a member of the Advisory Committee at Peter MacCallum for the Clinical Placement Program in Cancer Survivorship and spent some years as a member of the GP liaison Board at St Vincents Public Hospital.

Roz has completed education in Diabetes Management, including initiation of Optisulin Insulin, Chronic Disease Management Plans, Over  75yrs and 45-49 yrs Health assessments, Quit Counselling, Wound care and Cancer survivorship managemment reviews,
